Margot Demetral-Benson, of Bella Vista, CA., passed away on Tuesday,
January 25, 2005, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding, CA.
Born Jan. 17, 1937, Margot lived in Detroit, where her parents owned the Waterworks Cafe.
In 1955, she moved to California.
She was a graduate of Shasta College, a member of Crossroads Baptist Church, the Shasta Wildlife
Conservatory and Madame Etlenne Ballet Troupe.
Survivors include husband Ed; son Christopher; daughters Colleen and Kimburly Gardner, brothers
Peter Demetral of Van Nuys, CA, and Theodore Demetral of Sterling Hts, MI; sisters Christina Schavey o
f Holmes Beach, FL and Catherine Carney of Holly, MI; and two grandchildren.
